Children’s Day Celebration

St. Vincent’s Convent School, Keralapuram, celebrated Children’s Day on November 14, 2024, with great enthusiasm and joy to honor the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, India’s first Prime Minister, who was fondly known as “Chacha Nehru.” The day commenced with a special assembly organized by the teachers, featuring heartfelt speeches, skits, and musical performances dedicated to the children. The highlight of the assembly was a beautifully choreographed dance performance by the teachers, which left the students thrilled and delighted. Various fun-filled activities, including art competitions, sports events, and talent showcases, were organized to bring out the creativity and energy of the students. The school campus was buzzing with laughter and excitement as children participated in games like sack race, musical chairs, and relay races. The principal, in her address, emphasized the importance of nurturing the potential of every child and reminded them of their role as the future of the nation. The day ended with a distribution of sweets and small gifts, leaving a lasting smile on every child’s face. It was truly a day filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories.
